Liav Caspi serves as the Co-Founder and CTO of Legit Security, where he spearheads the development of an innovative AI-driven Application Security platform. His extensive background encompasses software engineering, cybersecurity, and application security, cultivated through years of practical experience in the field. Liav’s career commenced in Israel’s renowned cyber intelligence Unit 8200. Subsequent to that, he contributed his expertise at Argus Cyber Security before establishing an early-stage startup that was later acquired by Checkmarx. At Checkmarx, he played a pivotal role in leading the architecture and product development for Software Composition Analysis (SCA) and cloud-based Application Security Testing (AST) solutions. For the last five years, Liav has been instrumental at Legit Security, where he advances modern AppSec practices by integrating AI and security measures to assist organizations in safeguarding their software development lifecycle.
